[it is easy to get caught in a steady routine of work, chores, and responsibilities. but don’t ignore your wanderlust, don’t fight the urge to go out and explore. listen to your body. if your body wants to go out and get it, pencil it in. plan that trip. take that journey. follow that road. the more you listen to your spirit the more exemplary your life’s work will be.]

[sometimes in the middle of the week, after a long day of work, i get an urge to do something outdoors. my body craves it. i listen to that urge and it always leads me the right way. adventures don’t guarantee to lead you to the right way every time, but they will allow you pause and think about the world differently. adventures allow me to build new thoughts. my intuition will lead me to a new idea for a shoot, or a new idea for a blog.]
[i just sit here thinking that we are in our golden years. there is no time to be bored in a world as beautiful as this. explore.. explore.. explore. all the possibilities. seize common moments into more and make them great.]
